For me, it's Comcast. I have never had such hassles going through their system and getting to a live person. I get so ticked off.

I hate the automated systems used by Fed Ex and UPS. I think Fed Ex is the worst. You ask for customer service and you get a condescending tone of voice from the automated recording!

Sprint PCS. I HATE that you have to tell the computer your phone number, and then when you finally reach a real person, the first question they ask you is, "what number are you inquiring about?"

I just told your stupid computer!!!!!!

Comcast. Our cable just got switched to them and now it's impossible to get through to a person quickly.
