We recently visited the Mellow Mushroom Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina and fell in love with
its quirky and fun atmosphere there in Uptown Charlotte. We were so thrilled to be hosted by the Mellow Mushroom. We are already huge fans of the Asheville and Raleigh locales.
And the Uptown Charlotte Mellow Mushroom is right across the street from the
Charlotte Knights Baseball Stadium! Convenient! And so pretty downtown.
Immediately, we LOVED the colorful and pretty personality of the store.
The entrance of the restaurant Uptown Charlotte is very New York City feeling. I loved the NYC brownstone feel to the building.
The food began to arrive.
The boys devoured the Garlic Cheese Bread. Totally got the thumbs up.
We LOVED this Grilled Shrimp Caesar Salad.
The Shrimp were perfectly grilled and abundant. Yes, will order again. Soon.
Then the perfection of the pies were delivered! Oh, my goodness.
The Mellow Mushroom Cosmic Karma is our favorite! We love it!
And we were able to order it Gluten Free. So nice to enjoy a gourmet
pizza, gluten free!
Our Boys LOVE the Cheese and Pepperoni Pizza. They usually
do a half-and-half as you see in the picture here.
We enjoyed excellent Customer Service from the Hostesses when we walked in the door to
the Server and the Manager, who popped by to make us feel Welcome!
We love the fun atmosphere and the outstanding food. Mellow Mushroom Uptown Charlotte, North Carolina is a wonderful outing for any occasion. Celebrations, Date Nights and Family Gatherings.
This locale in Uptown Charlotte is central to EVERYthing. The NASCAR Hall of Fame,
the EpiCenter, the Charlotte BobCats and More. We think it is the Best Pizza in Charlotte!
