Bite It, Fight It

Hungry Girl Fight It

Hungry Girl Bite It

Hi Everyone, Thank you all for your comments and emails about my confessions of a Weight Watcher Girl! It has been fun to hear from my readers and friends who are themselves "Weight Watcher Girls!" :) It has been an awesome week and I wanted to share with you a wonderful resource that I have used before Weight Watchers and more so right now.

Meet my friends @ Hungry Girl! That's right, Hungry Girl - Tips and Tricks for Hungry Chicks. They have an amazing website of lots of offerings for making this healthy eating and lifestyle a reality e.v.e.r.y.d.a.y! Go ahead and check out the original Hungry Girl, Lisa.

Notice the pictures above, Hungry Girl has a wonderful section of recipes "Chew The Right Thing," where they show you recipes of tons of favorite foods. You'll find favorites like, Mash Hit above and you to can "Bite it!" and make your own recipe of the healthy choice. And "Fight It" and ignore the fat laden foods.

This Weight Watcher Girl has made the Mash Hit! and they are a hit with the whole family and there is nothing like the Guilt Free of healthy foods. This Works For Me Wednesday! What about you, what WFMW at your house?

Bonus: Check out their Book coming out on the 14th - It looks fabulous. I think I may have to make room for another great cookbook. Until then, you can join me in signing up for their lovely newsletter. And that Works For Me Wednesday.

What are your favorite recipes? How do you make good "Fight It" choices?

Update: Just added this as my this week's favorite at RealLife Sarah's. What's your favorite? Now, you can go share too. :)

Warmly,

I've been a Hungry Girl fan for a long time. I gave my daughter in law the book at Christmas. Glad to see this new one coming out. I will get the new one for her too! Thanks for sharing. (I am also a lifetime WW member losing 25 pounds about 8 years ago. Proud to say I have kept most of it off. My head always counts points!)

I've never heard of this site ~ I'll have to stop over for a visit. I need to lose a few pounds before summer arrives.
