Oceanic Restaurant and New Pier for 2013 Wrightsville Beach, NC

On our recent trip to Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina we arrived right at lunchtime.
Nothing like arriving at the beach looking for fresh seafood and enjoying....

The Oceanic Restaurant, Wrightsville Beach, NC!

It was like visiting family again to walk up and peruse the Luncheon Specials
for the day.  Of course, it was hard to narrow it down with these choices:

BBQ Bacon Chicken Flatbread, Grouper Tapenade and more.

Auntie and I chose the Fresh Grouper and Veggies. It was amazing. And the
fresh Hush Puppies, with the special recipe, were fabulous.

The Tigers were completely happy with the Fried Shrimp Basket!
And the huge Cheeseburger Basket. All American Boy.
I sampled a couple of the shrimp, they passed the test! with Flying Colors!

We had a perfect oceanfront seat.  It was such a sunny day, it whitened my photo.
None the less, there is nothing like a second floor window seat/ocean front at
the Oceanic!  We were just above the Pier.  We would have eaten outside except
we were enjoying a truly hot Southern day.
We'll have to try the new Pier next year!

Everyone was relaxing and enjoying the great seafood, service and views!

The Manager, Adele, was very friendly and visited our table. The wait staff
was excellent as well.  The food was prompt and hot and the staff
kept the fresh Iced Tea flowing... we were happy!

You heard me mention the Pier, the Pier at the Oceanic will be rebuilt for the
2013 Season!  How incredible this Pier is and we all look forward to a cool Spring
Day 2013 to check out the new Pier!

Here we were last year enjoying the Pier so join us in looking forward
to the New Oceanic Pier 2013!

Keep up with the happenings at The Oceanic on their Facebook Page.

Have you tried out The Oceanic?

Warmly,  Carolina Mama
