Are you ready? Here is Tiger A with his FIlet Mignon! You'd think he grew up with it in his baby cereal.... he called it marvelous! Loved it.
This is Carolina Mama's amazing polenta and I'm reaching for my menu to give you the full details because it was that good. The South of France has nothing on the River House Inn.
Then morning came and the Tigers got to explore, in their robes and then drink their room delivered Hot Chocolate which began another splendid day in the North Carolina mountains including the Cascades Falls.
