Great Healthy Lunch - 7 Weight Watcher Points
One of my favorite lunches lately that is totally easy and tasty so I am entering it in the "Tasty Tuesday!" is my creation. And it's totally simple! Have ways to vary it so you can enjoy it often.
Tasty Mexican Tostada!
1 whole wheat tortilla (2 pts.)
2 T. Bean Dip - Frito Lay = (2 pts.)
1 T. Greek Yogurt Plain ( max. 1 pt)
2 T. Favorite Salsa (0 pts.)
Lettuce chopped and
plus any other veggies you like
Spread bean dip on tortilla and toast in toaster oven or oven for 5 or so minutes. Will be crunchy! Remove from heat and top with yogurt, salsa and lettuce. Slice and serve. Enjoy this guilt-free tasty creation packed with protein! And you are getting several veggies - beans, tomatoes, and lettuce. Nice!
