National Women's Health Week Goodness

It’s National Women’s Health Week this week – May 13-19th

We like to celebrate Health and Wellness like this! :) 

As always, I oved our hike around the pond! :) 

You know we LOVE being active.  It is a part of our days we love together!  So this week we are taking extra necessary steps to get active, get enough sleep and to eat healthy.  So this is good news for Mama, I got a great night's sleep last night - except for the thunderstorm and it was a huge loud and bright lightning storm!  Anyway, I slept well, drank lots of big cups of cold water, 

We start with breakfast to begin to treat your self to good health:
