Dan the Animal Man Special Event at Creation Museum

For the third year in a row, I've gotten my family to touch an Alligator... without dragging us through the Bayous of Louisiana.  The Bayous are great, except this is much safer and a whole lot of fun.  Mix in our love of Creation....

Creation Museum
Summer 2011

Dan the Animal Man shared his love of animal and creation with our church and he did so with his exotic animals.  He always entertains and captures his audience.

Now you can see him, too.  The Dan the Animal Man Special Event at Creation Museum.

"Only at the Creation Museum: Don’t miss an incredible combination of animal trainer Dan “the Animal Man” Breeding and AiG’s talented Buddy Davis! During the week of August 6–11, you can enjoy this exciting opportunity each day in Legacy Hall. At 12:00 or 3:00 PM you can hear Dan teach about creation with incredible live animals, while children and adults alike enjoy Buddy’s humor and catchy tunes! This amazing extravaganza will bring you “eye to eye” with some truly remarkable wild animals that most people never get to experience up close."

Dan the Animal Man is truly a remarkable experience. We have loved getting to touch alligators - safely! :)   And to learn about these exotic creatures that God created.

Remember how much we LOVED the Creation Museum last Summer?  Well, imagine adding Dan the Animal Man to the mix. :)

Are you going to the Creation Museum any time soon?  Or to see Dan the Animal Man? Enjoy!

Warmly,  Carolina Mama

Creation Museum - Prepare to Believe - 50% OFF General Admission

We kicked off our 2011-2012 School Year with a visit to the Creation Museum in Petersburg, Kentucky - the Cincinnati area.

The Creation Museum is powered by the distinguished Answers in Genesis.  We had an amazing time there.

The Tigers said it best when they summed up their day:

"Mom, I love this Museum, we finally have a Museum we believe in that isn't all about ' Millions of years ago.'"  They said it all.  I felt they same way.  Relief and joy in exploring a Museum based on the truth of God's Word not man's guesses.

We were so excited to be here!  Look who greeted us!  Well, we did have a Security Guard
ask if I was Carolina Mama because I fit the description to a tee. :)  Sweet!

The "Men In White" Show was so awesome!  Talking about Creation!
We Believe!

The Tigers loved reading all the information and devoured the Creation story and how it relates to today.  Me too!

Some things were funny!

We loved the Truth.

And clearly saw the difference between darkness and light.

And we saw the Wonders of the Ark at the Ark Encounter ... and even visited the "Ask Noah" Exhibit.

Creation MuseumThe state-of-the-art 70,000 square foot museum brings the pages of the Bible to life, casting its characters and animals in dynamic form and placing them in familiar settings. Adam and Eve live in the Garden of Eden. Children play and dinosaurs roam near Eden’s Rivers. The serpent coils cunningly in the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. Majestic murals, great masterpieces brimming with pulsating colors and details, provide a backdrop for many of the settings.

Located outside of the Southern :) most city, Cincinnati, Ohio in lovely Petersburg, Kentucky, the Creation Museum is  a beautiful property in and of itself.  Enter at the white stone walls where dinosaurs welcome all.  We began with a Dinosaur photo out front.  And we were greeted by the security team who knew my name.  Thank you Creation Museum for the invite to travel blog and review what is the Tigers' favorite museum!  That's saying a lot because they have visited some stellar museums.

The Museum quote is "Prepare to Believe!"  We do believe so we visited "Because We Believe!"  Either way, if you are wondering about all of this Creationism, it is a perfect place to get solid answers and .... Prepare to Believe.  Blessings and best to you all.

Have you visited the Creation Museum?  Do you Believe?
