CowFish Raleigh Sushi Burger Bar Extraordinary For Everyone

Our family loves to eat and celebrate together. So we planned a celebration around our latest visit to CowFish Raleigh. High School! We celebrated our boys and the awesomeness they are becoming. And all things CowFish was the perfect locale. CowFish is a fabulous place for celebrations and everyone is welcome and comfortable.

We love the fun of the Sushi Bar where we can be served and the boys can make creations on the computer to swim on the big screen. Or, we can order from there. It is all around fun and 

a different experience. 

Of course, we continue to LOVE the awesome CowFish Tank. It always delights with 

big fish, CowFish and other beautiful fish. 

For the appetizer, our boys go directly for Onion Rings while we cannot resist the incredible and fresh Ahi Tuni Nachos that look like this. And they taste basically perfect.

This is a perfect example of CowFish - pictured our are boys favorite Burgers which have every splurge item to tantalize the tastebuds. Our Sushi rolls are perfection. He LOVES the ....

Sautéed chipotle bison, fried green tomato, grilled onions, feta cheese inside, coated with tempura flakes.

Our boys think the Moose is Loose, Chocolate Brownie with Chocolate and Vanilla Moose is THE best! Well, look at it. She speaks for herself. :)

The Texas Longhorn Burger is full of great items like BarBQue Sauce, Onion Rings and more. 14 year old boys really can eat this.

The CowFish is fun for everyone. We love the variety. You can sit on the comfortable outdoor patio, indoors and enjoy the eclectic music or at the sushi bar for some fun on the screen watching sushi happen.  Here are the boys checking out their creations on the Big Screen from the Sushi Bar. Too much fun. And there is no line to wait. This is a first come, first serve area. 

One of the best desserts ever is the Fresh Berry Tall Cake which is a Lemon Pound Cake, Ice Cream and Fresh Berries, repeat, repeat, so very Tall and Tasty.

CowFish Charlotte, North Carolina - the Original CowFish

Cowfish South Park, Charlotte, NC  is the original CowFish locale.  We loved checking out the charter restaurant recently on a visit to Charlotte.  We love the energy and hip trendy fun of South Park, Charlotte. Believe me, Charlotte's Got A Lot and we love it is a short drive from Raleigh / Durham.

We enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere.  The CowFish is for everyone.  The college kids, the yuppies dating, the Families, like us, out for a great meal and night out with children in tow. Our boys LOVE CowFish. It is energetic and fun and the food is terrific.  Children adore it. 

This collage pretty much sums it up.  My husband and my favorite sushi, our boys favorite burger and my love. We are very happy after this amazing food. 

Here we were eager to arrive for a Friday night dinner.  CowFish was our much anticipated first stop in Charlotte.

As soon as we walked into the door, we were welcomed with the Aquarium.  The signature CowFish in the Aquarium is like the CowFish Mascot!  We always look for him and say, "Hello" right away! ) 

So, our boys' have another priority, the Parmesan Truffle Fries as an appetizer.  They do represent.

Boulder Mountain Man and I enjoy the important things in life like the Ahi Tuna Spicy Nachos!! 

This is the appetizer. It could be a meal. 

Happy, happy, happy with this delectable appetizer with fresh guacamole 

and jalapenos. 

Then, our teenagers LOVE the Onion String and Parmesan French Fries as an 

appetizer.  They shared and yes, we love it, too. 

However, my Boulder Mountain Man, loved indulging in the Ahi Tuna Nachos best!

 And I will admit, I love that my Boulder Mountain Man loves the Nature Boy's Woo-shi Buffaloo-shi!

And then all of the plates were completely empty. :)  That's a sign of an amazing meal. That and the smiles, again!

Our Favorite Dessert is the Fresh Berry Tall Cake!  It is tall and serves, at least, four people! We enjoy endulging like this. :) Four Forks!  What could be better than a wonderfully moist Southern Lemon Pound Cake with Fresh Berries and Cream.

CowFish Raleigh Review

As a Blogger obsessed with good food, fashion and family travel, I was so delighted to have the opportunity to experience North Carolina's own, The CowFish Sushi and Burger Grill.  We absolutely fell in love with the entire Menu :) Atmosphere and People at CowFish.  

Here we are, one happy Family enjoying Mother's Day with the ones I love.  The atmosphere at CowFish is so cheerful and fun. 

Raleigh native, Marcus  was there to greet us on Mother's Day!  Talk about a very special and warm Southern Welcome from one of the Founders.  Our boys and my husband LOVED all of the stories and entrepreneurial inside from Marcus.

Here I am Mother's Day with my "lovies."  If the sweet guy on a date who offered to take this ever reads it, your Mama did great. Thank you for offering to take a Mother and Sons picture while my husband and Marcus talked a bit. 

The restaurant had such fun Art Work and creativity throughout.  We had a blast checking them all out. 

Now, this is a serious topic, Dessert.  Really, dessert first!  If I splurge on dessert, it needs to be awesome like this!

That is all.  Right!  I mean this was so FUN and Tasty!!!  Premier Ice Cream with this fabulous Southern Lemon Pound Cake.  :)  

Every dish at CowFish was so beautiful.  I loved this Sushi plater.  So fresh, colorful and awesome all around.  Take a look at the Menu at all that awesomeness.

My husband was over-the-top thrilled to try the Bison Burger "Buffolushi Sushi!'  I tried it too and it was so wonderful, satisfying and tasty.  What a great creation and  unique. 

Check out the COOL Aquarium with the CowFish in the tank.  Our boys had a blast.  It is so beautiful and mesmerizing. 

Look CowFish is so personable, they delivered Flowers to the Moms on Mother's Day!  Love this!  Made us feel so special.  All the Moms were smiling and enjoying Sushi, etc. 

Now here is another look at the Fusion of The CowFish.

See at CowFish even Burger Lovers are so happy.   Our boys cannot turn down an outstanding Burger and Fries like this.  They also found the Onion Rings to be a new favorite.  

CowFish Partner, Marcus Hall truly made the "Guest the King" with our visit.  Marcus exudes warmth, personality and joy in his creations.  We all loved talking with him.   He is a real Southern Gentleman who set me at ease when, after a perfect evening, as we left our table, my purse ever so graciously slid a glass on the floor.  Crash, boom.  Yes, I am the Foodie Blogger....  (I always tell our children, I make more messes than they do. :) Marcus did not miss a beat when he checked in on us and said, "That's how I roll, if it's been a good night, crash, I'm out of here!"  So huge a laugh out loud for all of us.   He totally set me at ease and made me feel better. Obviously, for me to mention it, golden. 

CowFish Raleigh is in the chic North Hills area of Raleigh.  All the happening fun is there.  We couldn't resist the CowFish Bus. It made the entrance so exciting - it was like the resident character. :) 

The landmark Capstrat Building is a perfect locale for The CowFish and we were so thrilled to see the outdoor seating options.
