NC Beaches and Free VitaTop Cooking Pans

Talk about "Crazy Good!" You've got it!
HG - VitaTops are a huge staple for this Weight Watchers Girl. Honestly, you can't imagine the tastiness and the lack of fatness all in one lovely muffin top.

For me, just having a sweet alternative is key in not going overboard say at the downtown Bakery on Saturday mornings. Here you can have these lovely treats, packaged individually, ready when you want them.

With Memorial Day Weekend upon us, there's no need to eat whatever is put before you - enjoy the tasty goodness of VitaTops and your waistline will thank you. In the order offer above, you receive a free bake pan and part of your order is a mix to make your own VitaTops at h.o.m.e. anytime. Go ahead get in on the offer while supplies last.

And this deal in the photo above was too good to pass up. So check it out and skip the fats - after all, it's swim suit season. The pool opens this Saturday. This Works For Me Wednesday as we get ready to beach out next week.

That's right! We'll be live blogging from one of North Carolina's amazing beaches.

Carolina Beaches ahhhhh....

Carolina Beach Fun

Surf, Sand, Seafood.

We took it all in - family time at the beach ranks high on the list here. Summer is in full swing in Carolina.

And we're just not counting the days until something like school kicks in... yes, it is true some in the Carolinas are in year-round school. Fortunately, for this season of our lives we are in traditional school and we love it.

Oh, by the way, Boogy Boarding is one of our favorite things. Carolina Mama and Sons, Mountain Man of course, boogy boarding. Who knew! It is a blast ya'll.

Lifeguards jogging on the beach. And the Tigers view from the restaurant on the shore. Good times.

Do you boogy board? What do you do at the beach?
