Sunset Cruise on the Wrightsville Scenic Tours and Water Taxi

We adored taking a Sunset Cruise while on our Beach Vacation to Wilmington North Carolina Coasts and Wrightsville Beach.  It was so awesome!  We all hopped in this picture to commemorate the evening! 

  

We all had a fabulous time relaxing together ...

We saw so many beautiful homes and businesses right on the inter coastal waterway there in Wrightsville.  It was fascinating.  Gweneth Paltrow was filming in Wilmington just a few days before our visit.  They are all filming the new Nicholas Sparks movie, "Safe Haven."  So cool!

I love this picture of every one's smiles. It is so indicative of the evening. 

We boarded the Wrightsville Scenic Tours Boat and Water Taxi right on the mail 

land of Wrightsville and the water dock was easy to find near the Blockade and parking was easy. 

We sent this picture to Dad since he was home in Raleigh working on busy deadlines that week. 

Thanks Dad, you're the best! 

Auntie J loves the water and spent many a day sailing in her own right.  So she and Captain Jack

had many stories and things to talk about the water and more. I love this one. 

They seem like kindred spirits. 

Of course, we all had to take a picture with Captain Jack.  After all, he let us each 

steer a little so we could experience Captain-ing a vessel, too!

The Tigers were smitten!

Auntie J and I were so happy to sail together again.  We have our own fun memories 

of sailing the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Pontchartrain! 

The view was breathtaking! 

There were those sporting.  Fishing and more. 

Um, you can tell they can't contain the excitement.

We made it back to dry land.  Even with our own "Sharks!"  The boys wanted to stay. Can't you see it.

We were off to dinner at Blue Water Grill.  We got to see the Restaurant from the 

water.  Now, we would eat dinner and watch Captain Jack sail by with another crew! 

Fun times.  Go ahead and experience the water!  You'll be glad you did.

The Tigers have wanted to take Surf Lessons and what a dream to take Surfing Lessons with my boys! And Auntie. Thank you Daddy for working back at home for our family. We love you!

We have been on an amazing excursion to Wilmington, North Carolina and Wrightsville Beach!

We learned to Surf y'all!!! It was surreal to Surf with the Tigers! They are naturals! I adored catching waves and riding in.
