LSU SEC Champions Again! Geaux Tigers 2012

LSU Tigers won the SEC Championship tonight. Beating Georgia a 42 to 10 Victory! You cannot beat LSU's undefeated 13-0 Season!

It was sweet! Now, let's see who takes it to the Sugar Bowl! LSU vs. Alabama?! Keeping it real and in the South. There is nothing like Southern football and in this case, Dixie Football!

Of course, we love Coach Richt from Georgia. We love Facing the Giants and his role as a Christian coach, father, husband, friend, etc.

All Eyes on New Orleans - again - And It's College Football Ya'll

On this three year anniversary of Katrina, New Orleans residents have been mandated to evacuate - again. This time 'they're ready.' As ready as you can be with a Category 4, potentially a Cat 5, Hurricane barreling at you.

And let's face it, how ready can you be for that kind of devastation. I mean the sheer breadth of Gustav is estimated at 900 miles.

All eyes on NOLA and all prayers accepted. The upswing is that College Football has officially kicked off so you know, now that LSU has beaten ASU, we can think about things like evacuating the Hurricane path. ;)

Oddly, there is a calm, more than the calm 'before the storm,' and a peace in knowing that the God of the Universe, knows the plan He has for this storm and the outcome. May we rest in that peace and blessed assurance.

Tar Heels Baseball To The Top - So Long LSU

Tar Heels all the way! We knew the UNC Tar Heels Baseball team was getting really comfy in Omaha! Now, they sent home LSU. That's a big one. Believe me, this Louisiana native finds it hard to say so long to LSU! Business is business and we did. Of course, it makes it easier when your Mama is a North Carolina nativei and a UNC Alumni! ;) Now onward to the College World Series Winners Title! Read more about it here.
