Review: Yard House Restaurant Raleigh, North Carolina

Yard House Restaurant in Raleigh, North Carolina gets my 5 Stars. 

The award-winning and extensive menu of American fusion cuisine features more than 130 items including appetizers, salads, pastas, sandwiches, street tacos, grilled burgers, individual-size pizzas, seafood, steaks and ribs. 

The Kids Klub menu includes fresh-to-order favorites including a selection of healthy items for the Yard House pint-size guest. The lively environment is created by colorful abstract artwork, classic rock music and flat screens in every direction showcasing the day's news and sporting events. Yard House is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or gather your family for dinner.

We absolutely loved our afternoon at Yard House Raleigh!  First of all, let's get real here, we were there for game day - the game day as in UNC Tar Heels versus NC State!  And my what a game.   

Yard House is a perfect place for any of your favorite game days.  There were fab flat screens everywhere.  See our happy faces! 

This is a perfect locale for Families.  It is just active and busy enough that the children can 

talk, laugh and have fun and enjoy as well.  And the Kids' Meals got a thumbs up! 

Here comes the goodness.  The Street Tacos are a famous order at Yard House. 

Check out the fun for the little people, and we love the way Yard House "Protects our Planet." 

They even share the "Reduce. Reuse. Recycle. Conserve." motto on the Kids Menu! We were sold! 

Okay, the picture makes me ready for dinner again. I ordered the Baja Fish Tacos and 

there were superior!  I loved the salsas. The rice served with it was so tasty and just a little spicy. 

We LOVE the out door seating! There are huge patios and even heaters outdoors for your 

dining enjoyment.  We chose indoors so we could watch every play and replay of the game. 

The Tigers, who are 11 now, ordered the "Kids Meal" - take a look!  They LOVED their pizzas! 

And French Fries!  The portions were generous for children.  Always a score. 

Um, yeah, we were totally enthralled with the great good, and great football and its proximity! ;)

Go Heels! 

The Tigers were elated as well.  Do you see, we have a Wolf Pack fan - our future 

Veterinarian says, "God Wolf Pack!"  He had so much fun especially with Pizza and the Pack. 

See the ambiance and the Crowds!  We were all loving Carolina Game Day. 

This could have been my meal, the Seared Ahi Tuna appetizer!  It was perfection.  

The Tigers 

loved the Coconut Shrimp as their appetizer. 

 We all celebrated the Tar Heel victory with the amazing, Brownie and Vanilla Ice Cream. 

This fed the family.  And was perfectly chocolate and warm. Topped with what else,

fresh mint.  The Southern way !

The American fare was fabulous.  We loved everything we ordered. We loved the relaxing and fun atmosphere and all the fun televisions.  We even saw the game - the University of South Carolina win! 

Of course, while we watched the UNC vs. NC State game! Win!
