I saw the end of the DUKE game, very exciting. My UNC son can't believe how "lucky" DUKE is.
As for my grits, thank you for the compliment. I use the Quaker Instant Grits. 1/4 grits to 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup milk. (one serving) I stir constantly, using a whisk. The whisk helps keep the grits from getting so lumpy and the milk makes them creamier.
