For me, it's Comcast. I have never had such hassles going through their system and getting to a live person. I get so ticked off.

I hate the automated systems used by Fed Ex and UPS. I think Fed Ex is the worst. You ask for customer service and you get a condescending tone of voice from the automated recording!
ReplyDeleteSprint PCS. I HATE that you have to tell the computer your phone number, and then when you finally reach a real person, the first question they ask you is, "what number are you inquiring about?"

Comcast. Our cable just got switched to them and now it's impossible to get through to a person quickly.
